The Liberty Company Insurance Brokers has appointed Connor Dann as vice president and producer.
Dann brings a background in construction, real estate, workers’ compensation, and strategic risk management to Liberty’s Middle Market Property & Casualty team. He began his insurance career at AssuredPartners, where he gained experience in providing personalized service, claims advocacy, and developing insurance strategies aligned with client needs.
In a statement, Dann said Liberty’s structure and culture influenced his decision to join the organization. “Liberty stood out to me as a firm that values entrepreneurial freedom, meaningful client relationships, and collaborative growth,” he said. “The support and tools here elevate how I serve clients while allowing me to grow in a culture that truly empowers its people.”
He currently holds the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) designation and is pursuing certification as a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS).
The company said Dann will work to expand Liberty’s footprint in the construction and real estate sectors in his new role, while promoting insurance as a strategic tool for clients..

This appointment comes amid broader strategic developments at Liberty. In May, the firm announced a partnership with Hahn Insurance Agency, a family-owned agency based in Little Falls, New Jersey.
According to the company, the partnership with Hahn aligns with Liberty’s approach to growth, which centers on geographic expansion, diversification of services, and investment in technology.
