BGSU taps new cyber executive

Brit has announced the appointment of Shana Stodolski as assistant vice president of cyber for Brit Global Specialty USA (BGSU). Stodolski will report to Jeff Norton, senior vice president of cyber liability.

In her new role, Stodolski will be responsible for supporting the profitable growth and underwriting of cyber for BGSU. She will be based in Glastonbury, Conn.

Prior to joining BGSU, Stodolski served as a cyber liability and E&O underwriter at DUAL Commercial. She has also held roles underwriting both cyber liability and professional liability at Chubb.

“We are pleased to welcome Shana as the latest addition to our cyber team in the US as we continue to expand our capabilities,” said Nick Davies, president of Brit Americas. “As we look to establish a leading offering, we have a focus on adding people who bring both strong technical underwriting expertise and proven records in profitably growing cyber books.”
