Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has announced the acquisition of The Robbi Davis Agency (RDA), a full-service insurance agency based in Little Rock, Ark. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 1996, RDA specializes in employee benefits, Medicare supplement/drug plans and individual health insurance, with a focus on small group businesses.
Robbi Davis and her employees will remain at their current location under the direction of Jerry Roberts, head of employee benefits consulting operations for Gallagher’s Heartland region.
