OLI Insurance Services, a subsidiary of Heffernan Insurance Brokers, has announced the acquisition of Rose City Associates.
Headquartered in Portland, Ore., Rose City Associates focuses on a variety of commercial and personal lines insurance products. The agency was founded in 2012 by Pete Lackner and Bob Asher through a merger of their respective agencies. Lackner and Asher will continue to lead their employees following the merger. The business will operate autonomously as Heffernan Rose City.
“We are excited about the new opportunities and resources this provides and the ability to continue serving our clients in the same manner to which they have become accustomed,” Lackner and Asher said in a statement.
