Noel Sales Barcelona is a freelance journalist who previously contributed to KM International’s range of titles, including re/insurance, mortgage, benefits, pension, and human resources, covering the Asia-Pacific region, the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Prior to this, he also wrote HR software reviews for Human Resources Director Magazine in 2023. 

A poet, essayist, and short story writer in the Filipino language, his works have been published in different magazines, chapbooks, and anthologies in the Philippines. If he is not writing news stories, he is busy writing research and feature articles about culture, the arts, literature, people, and social history.
