Another insurer has reaffirmed its support for the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada’s (IBAC) national advertising campaign on the value of insurance brokers.

RSA has renewed its support for IBAC’s Broker Identity Program (BIP) at the full partner level. The BIP is a campaign that raises awareness of the significant value that brokers provide for their clients.

In addition to supporting the BIP, RSA’s continued sponsorship extends to the IBAC’s other initiatives – namely, the association’s technology leadership, professional development of the broker workforce, and its federal advocacy to maintain the separation of banking and insurance.

“Supporting the Broker Identity Program at the Full Partner level is something RSA Canada is honoured to do,” said RSA Canada CEO Martin Thompson. “We will continue to promote and empower the broker channel to ensure independent brokers remain trusted advisors to their customers.”

“RSA’s renewed investment reflects a strong commitment to customer service and underscores the essential role of insurance brokers,” added IBAC CEO Peter Braid. “We greatly appreciate their continued support and partnership.”

Also this week, Economical Insurance renewed its full partnership of IBAC’s BIP. Economical’s renewal comes as the insurer marks its 150th year of business.
