Desjardins has launched a new proprietary mobile app to help plan members easily manage their group benefits and retirement savings plans.

The insurer’s new Omni app, available on both iOS and Android, combines the functionality of Desjardins’ two other apps – Claim 360° and Your way – to streamline users’ experiences. Plan members can use Omni to quickly submit health insurance claims, make their group retirement savings transactions, as well as access practical tools and resources.

Apart from allowing group benefits plan members to immediately submit their claims, users can use Omni to:

  • Display their payment card to present to health professionals
  • Access the telemedicine service or the wellness platform (if included in their plan)
  • Review their claims history
  • Check their health spending account balance
  • Manage their healthcare professionals list
  • Sign up for direct deposit

Omni also allows group retirement savings plan members to:

  • Submit a claim in seconds
  • Display their payment card to present to health professionals
  • Access the telemedicine service or the wellness platform (if included in their plan)
  • Review their claims history
  • Check their health spending account balance
  • Manage their healthcare professionals list
  • Sign up for direct deposit
