The Insurance Cultural Awareness Network (iCAN) has named Marsh as its first gold sponsor, the highest sponsorship level.

Marsh joins other major industry names sponsoring iCAN, including Markel, Ardonagh, Chubb, Allianz and Apollo.

The sponsorship will support iCAN’s initiatives in 2022. which include member events, the INspire self-service mentoring scheme, recruitment platform iCANApply, the Coffee with the CEO series, the iCANVoice podcast series, and more. Throughout the year, Marsh and iCAN will work together on various activities, events and engagement opportunities alongside Marsh’s own colleague resource groups.

With over 2,000 members, iCAN is an industry-wide, independent, volunteer-run network that supports multicultural inclusion across the insurance sector. It is an Inclusion@Lloyd's partner network alongside LINK, the Gender Inclusion Network, iDAWN, the Next Generation Insurance Network and The Insurance Families Network.
