Aon UK has announced that it will expand the role of head of enterprise clients (ECG) Michelle Mason (pictured) to include leadership of its major complex and enterprise (MCE) segment.

In her expanded role, Mason will lead the segment which includes some of Aon’s largest and most complex UK clients. She will continue to report to both chief client officer Lori Goltermann and UK CEO Julie Page.

Mason has more than 23 years of experience in insurance and risk management, including management of cross-class global accounts and enterprise and operational risk management consulting. She has worked with complex clients to develop and deliver their risk management and insurance strategies Mason joined Aon UK in 2017 as managing director of the global and specialty business, before becoming head of enterprise clients in late 2021. She previously worked at JLT and Marsh.

“It’s great that Michelle’s experience in leading the UK ECG team can now be applied to developing solutions to help our MCE clients,” Page said. “With their complex needs, we know that there are capabilities from across the breadth of Aon which will be hugely beneficial in helping them solve their business challenges.”
