Global Aerospace, a provider of aerospace insurance, has announced the appointment of Rachel Priester as director of claims – USA, effective Feb. 7. In her new role, Priester will lead the US claims team. She will report to Jeff Bruno, president and chief underwriting officer.
“We are extremely excited that Rachel has agreed to lead our claims team in the USA,” Bruno said. “Our customers will benefit from her extensive legal and claim background, which includes broad experience in insurance coverage and litigation in commercial, specialty and personal lines.”
Priester has more than 12 years of industry experience. She joins Global Aerospace from CNA Insurance, where she currently serves as managing claim counsel. Prior to CNA, she served as managing assistant general counsel at The Hartford. She is a graduate of Harvard University and the Georgetown University Law Center.
