Hastings Mutual Insurance Company has announced the appointment of Tim Mann (pictured, right) as chief claims officer.
Hastings has more than 27 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Hastings Mutual, he served as vice president and head of property claims at Conifer Holdings.
“Hastings Mutual has a track record of exceptional claims service and customer satisfaction,” Mann said. “I am excited to use my experience and knowledge to continue that proud tradition and further develop Hastings Mutual’s claim division.”
