HUB has announced that it has acquired Delisle Agencies Ltd. The four-person Saskatchewan agency was founded in 1980 by Rob Ouellette. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Based in Delisle, Saskatchewan, Canada, Delisle specializes in personal lines and government automotive insurance solutions. Rob Ouellette, President, will join HUB Manitoba and report to Doug Trapp, Vice President, HUB Manitoba.
The acquisition activity seems to be continuing apace, despite
reports that Hub’s PE backers are looking to exit a substantial stake in the broker.
