Global insurance brokerage Hub International (Hub) has announced its acquisition of certain assets from Kelly King Insurance Services, according to a media release, though terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Kelly King, a California-based property and casualty agency, focuses on insuring landscaping and tree care business operations. The acquisition will allow its clients to benefit from the resources and expertise of Hub’s Californian arborist program.

Hub has been on a tear lately with deal-making. The brokerage acquired assets from Washington-based BK-Jet Group a few weeks ago, a Canadian benefits firm in early April, and Saffe Property & Casualty a couple of days before that.
