INSPRO provides business insurance, employee benefits, and personal lines insurance services to individuals, families, and small and mid-sized businesses. The company’s 138 employees will join MMA and continue to work out of INSPRO’s Lincoln, Neb., home office, and its additional locations in Fremont, Wahoo, and West Point, Neb., and West Des Moines, Iowa. Randall Eikmeier, chairman and CEO of INSPRO, will lead the local offices along with President Samuel Gifford and COO Jeffrey Jorgenson.

The acquisition is MMA’s first in Nebraska and Iowa.
