Easley Hedrick Insurance and Financial in Hanover County, VA has acquired five independent insurance agencies across Virginia.

The agencies acquired include one in Mechanicsville, another in Farmville, two in South Boston, and the last one, which serves the Gretna-Bedford area.

In a statement published by Community Idea Stations, Easley Hedrick CEO Brandon Hedrick said that the firm has been an auto and home agency ever since its inception in 2005.

“And that, over the years, has kind of evolved. While we still, of course, write personal lines, we’re focused heavily on commercial insurance too,” Hedrick remarked.

Hedrick mentioned that the insurance industry has changed over the years, and his company had to adapt.

“It’s a win-win for employees because we’re able to offer things that a one- or two- or a three-person agency could not do and it’s also a win-win for our clients being able to offer them additional locations and additional product services,” he commented.

Apart from its offices in Mechanicsville, Bedford, and Gretna, Easley Hedrick also has locations in Richmond and Chatham. On the firm’s website, Easley Hedrick claims that it has consistently ranked as one of the “highest agencies within Nationwide” for customer satisfaction and production.
