Huffman Insurance Group has announced the appointment of Sheri Neal (pictured) as its new customer service representative. In this role, Neal will handle the collection, processing and distribution of all agency information. She will also assist with account retention and interact directly with the company’s producers and clients. Neal has nearly six years of industry experience.
Founded in 2015, Missouri-based Huffman Insurance Group is a full-service agency that specializes in auto, home, life, commercial and farm insurance. The company is a member of the Valley Insurance Agency Alliance (VIAA), a network of more than 100 independent insurance agencies in Missouri and Illinois.
