Neptune Flood has appointed Jean-Luc Eckstein to the role of executive director.

In his new role as executive director, Eckstein will help implement Neptune Flood’s strategic growth plans, overseeing project management – including the launch of new technologies and products next year. He will report directly to Neptune Flood CEO Trevor Burgess.

Eckstein was most recently associated with CDW, where he sold software and hardware directly to major companies in the US before being promoted to international client strategy manager. In that role, he oversaw a team responsible for cross border technology sales.

“I’m excited to join Neptune during this phase of its explosive growth. My background selling software and implementing complex technology sales processes will help Neptune further differentiate itself from traditional insurers,” said Eckstein.

Neptune CEO Trevor Burgess said that the company’s proprietary software, Triton, allows consumers and agents to connect with insurance products, such as Neptune’s residential flood insurance offering. Eckstein’s experience in software sales and leadership in developing programs to enhance distributor relationships, the CEO explained, will be invaluable to the company.
