Builders & Tradesmen’s Insurance Services (BTIS) – a subsidiary of the Amynta Group – and RLI subsidiary Contractors Bonding and Insurance Company (CBIC) have announced a partnership for contractor general liability.

Coverage will be provided by CBIC – an A+ Rated carrier that has been serving contractors since 1979. The company’s “Contrac Pac” program is designed to suit the insurance needs of small to medium-sized artisan and general contractors specializing in residential and light commercial projects. The admitted product offers automated renewals and an expanded appetite with more class codes, such as new home builders.

The program will be available via BTIS’s program platform, the Victory Admitted Contractor General Liability rater.

Paul and Jeff Hohlbein, the co-presidents of BTIS, said in a joint statement that they are “incredibly excited” to enter into a partnership with RLI.

“We are relentlessly focused on offering our producers quality coverage options with leading technology. RLI helps us do just that,” the Hohlbeins said.

The two also noted that by adding high quality carriers such as RLI, BTIS is providing its customers with coverage to manage their risks, which helps grow their businesses.
