Ansay & Associates has expanded its operations into Illinois and Florida while completing a renovation of its corporate headquarters, marking a period of continued growth for the Wisconsin-based independent insurance agency.
The expansion brings the firm’s footprint to five states, adding to its existing presence in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota. The move into Illinois and Florida represents the company’s first step into the Southeast and a broader push beyond its traditional Midwest base.
Founded in 1946 in Port Washington, the agency has grown steadily over the decades, including prior expansions into Michigan in 2018 and Minnesota in 2020.
With the latest additions, Ansay & Associates now operates 34 offices across its network, serving both commercial and personal lines clients. The expansion reflects a strategy focused on gradual, multi-state growth while maintaining its core client base in Wisconsin and surrounding regions.
Alongside its geographic expansion, the company has also invested in upgrading its headquarters in Port Washington.
The renovation includes redesigned open workspaces and additional meeting areas intended to support a growing workforce and improve collaboration. The updated facility is expected to accommodate future operational needs as the business continues to scale.
The company remains under the leadership of CEO and chairman Mike Ansay and continues to operate as a family-owned business now in its third generation. Its long-term approach has centred on balancing expansion with stability, maintaining a consistent presence in its home market while selectively entering new regions.
Ansay & Associates provides insurance services to more than 14,000 businesses and over 37,000 individual clients.
