Trucordia has expanded its national presence with the acquisition of several insurance businesses, strengthening its ability to offer both local expertise and comprehensive coverage solutions.

The company recently acquired five agencies: Assured Insurance Consultants in Tennessee, Charles River Insurance and Breezy Seguros in Massachusetts, Eberle Insurance Agency in Arkansas, and Osborn Insurance Agency in New Jersey. These agencies bring a mix of specialized coverage solutions and deep local knowledge, ranging from concierge-level service in Tennessee to tri-lingual support for Latino entrepreneurs in Massachusetts.

In June, Trucordia added Vegas Valley Benefit Plans, a Las Vegas-based provider of employee benefits and insurance solutions. The agency offers medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, along with retirement planning services for businesses and individuals. In the Northwest, the acquisition of Fuhriman Insurance in Boise, Idaho, expanded Trucordia’s capabilities in auto, home, commercial, life, umbrella, renters, workers’ compensation, recreational vehicle, and pest control insurance, complemented by online tools that allow clients to compare quotes from multiple carriers.

Driving strategic growth and client solutions

Felix Morgan (pictured), CEO of Trucordia, said the acquisitions reflect the company’s belief that growth comes from partnerships with agencies that share its values and client-first approach. Rocky Steele, SVP of business development, emphasized that the expansion enables Trucordia to provide local agencies with national resources, integrated technology, and access to a broader network of insurance professionals.

These acquisitions illustrate the ongoing trend of consolidation in the US brokerage market, where scale, technology, and specialized expertise are key differentiators. By combining regional knowledge with a national platform, Trucordia aims to deliver more competitive, comprehensive insurance and employee benefits solutions, while preserving the client relationships and service standards that local agencies have built over decades.

The company’s strategy signals a continued focus on growing its footprint across the Southeast, Northeast, Southwest, and the Northwest.
