Specialist insurance and risk-management broker Alesco Risk Management Services has announced the appointment of Sebastian Graham as partner. Graham, the newest hire in Alesco’s specialist energy division, will join the team in May. In his new role, he will focus on the North American power business.

Prior to his appointment at Alesco, Graham served as a specialist onshore energy broker at Miller Insurance Services. He specialized in power and utilities, renewables, and midstream and downstream lines. He has experience in both construction and operation, with particular expertise in US and international risks.

“Seb brings an ideal blend of energy and construction knowledge that complements our existing portfolio, and will undoubtedly bolster our offering in the power space,” said Jonathan Lyne, chairman of Alesco’s energy division.
