Duck Creek Technologies has integrated the functions of its software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution on the popular CRM platform Salesforce.
“Duck Creek for Salesforce” on Salesforce AppExchange enhances the user experience for customer service teams, agents, and other insurance industry users of the CRM platform. With Duck Creek’s tools, users can better service their customers and streamline their internal workflows the firm states.
Thanks to the integration, changes made in Duck Creek applications will also reflect automatically and seamlessly in Salesforce’s CRM platform. Duck Creek for Salesforce includes the platform integration package and several working examples of core insurance processes, such as getting a new quote, viewing a policy, and starting a claim.
