TheGuarantors, a fintech company that provides insurance products and financial services for residential and commercial real estate professionals, residents, and tenants, has been included in the Inc. 5000 list of the nation’s fastest-growing companies for the first time.

Companies on the Inc. 5000 list are ranked according to percentage revenue growth over the last three years. TheGuarantors was number 806 on the 2021 list.

Collectively, the companies on the 2021 Inc. 5000 list represented 167% median growth and $248 billion in total revenue. The companies on the list added a total of 2.5 million jobs.
TheGuarantors is headquartered in New York City and currently operates in 49 states.
