Jennifer is the co-Chief Executive Officer of the RRJ Insurance Group. Jennifer began her insurance career after graduating from university in 1992, when she joined her father Roger James (the RRJ of RRJ Insurance Group) at the firm that he had established.   In addition to management duties, Jennifer has produced a large volume of business, focusing on the procurement of high net worth clients and commercial insurance of all types.   Jennifer is an innovator and a resource person, particularly in the VIP personal insurance space. She serves on numerous insurance company broker counsels.
