This policy is meant to respond with respect to cancellation, abandonment, postponement, interruption or relocation of an event (in whole or in part), provided always that the cause for such loss is beyond the host’s control and the control of any other party that is key to the success of the Event. Event types include outdoor festivals, trade shows, sporting events, concerts, conferences, and many more!

Provides protection to event hosts against lawsuits arising out of single/multi-day functions with or without service of alcohol. All events with live entertainment or sports MUST be submitted on this form. Please note, we are unable to provide you with a quote more than 120 days in advance of the event.

PAL's Weddinguard program provides the Liquor Liability coverage that many wedding venues require couples to obtain for their wedding, plus many more financial protections that will give peace of mind in those critical days leading up to the wedding day. Coverages include insurance for cakes, flowers, bridal attire, and much more. Can be applied for up to one year in advance of the wedding.

Designed for event hosts who are holding reception-type events in a rented facility. A valid liquor permit or license must be in place for service of alcohol IN A RENTED FACILITY. Events on Private property do not require a liquor license in place

PAL’s Cannabis Event Liability, has been designed to clearly protect the Named Insured’s negligence when there is Cannabis consumed on the event premises via an event attendee who consumes their own (legally obtained) Cannabis on the event premises or a third party supplier. Please note that coverage is NOT intended for the event organizer/host to supply Cannabis to their event.
