Sapio was previously the regional head of liability and aviation claims in North America, which he will continue to oversee on an interim basis. A 30-year industry veteran, Sapio joined AGCS in 2014. Prior to that, he served in various claims management roles at Fireman’s Fund.
“Frank has been an integral member of the AGCS claims team for many years, and is well respected by colleagues, clients and peers.
