BFL Canada has announced that it has appointed Norman M. Steinberg to the Board of Directors of First Lion Holdings, the holding corporation BFL is a member of.

Steinberg is Chair Emeritus of Norton Rose Fulbright Canada. According to a release, he is also the former global chair of Norton Rose Fulbright and has experience in M&A, corporate finance and corporate governance, and has led legal teams in a number of high-profile M&A transactions.

“I am pleased to welcome Norm as a new board member,” said BFL Canada founder, president, and CEO Barry F. Lorenzetti. “He brings a wealth of experience and expertise and will be a tremendous asset to our group of companies by strengthening our partnerships and building value for our shareholders.”
