When we asked readers what broker priorities were last year there was an overwhelming response. Of the over a thousand surveys we received, concerns were overwhelmingly clustered around underwriting responsiveness and turnaround time, and claims responsiveness and turnaround time . This year’s Brokers on Carriers survey is now openwill 2016’s responses reveal the same concerns?
