CNA has named Erin Gattoni vice-president of CNA Canada’s human resources department.

Gattoni will be in charge of the overall strategic direction and general management of human resources in Canada, overseeing the development and implementation of objectives for talent management, change management, recruitment, compensation, and other HR initiatives, a release said.

She will be based in Toronto, reporting to CNA Canada president and CEO Nick Creatura.

Gattoni joins from Chubb, where she held the dual roles of AVP, senior human resources business partner in Toronto and AVP, talent and development consultant in North America. With 13 years of industry experience, Gattoni also held previous management positions such as Chubb Atlantic HR manager (Bermuda), HR/senior HR consultant across Canada, and underwriter for life science and technology.
