iA Financial Group has partnered with travel insurance provider
TuGo to offer travel insurance to the former’s clients.
The travel insurance product resulting from this collaboration features:
- Simplified eligibility criteria
- Reliable emergency assistance anywhere in the world, 24/7
- Multilingual customer service
- Access to the myTuGo online client portal
iA made special mention that there are no medical eligibility questions for travellers under 60 years of age applying for the coverage; travellers 60 or older are only required to answer five simple questions.
“Travel insurance meets the needs of most people who are concerned with being properly protected when they travel,” said iA Financial Group senior vice-president of individual insurance and sales Pierre Vincent. “We are proud to extend our product offer through our partnership with TuGo, a company that is recognized for the quality of the service it provides.”
A release said that the new travel insurance product is available exclusively online. It can be obtained either from an advisor or directly at iA Financial’s website.
