ClaimsPro/IndemniPro has made changes to its leadership team in Quebec, accounting for the departure of one of its executives.

Suzie Godmer, senior vice-president of Quebec and Atlantic Canada, had recently announced her transition to one of Canada’s major insurers after enjoying a 16-year career with the firm. Her transition is effective early next year, January 2018.

As a result of Godmer’s transition, IndemniPro has made changes to the Quebec and Atlantic Canada operation’s leadership.

Christopher Tirrell, currently an operations manager for IndemniPro, will be promoted to the role of vice-president of operations for Quebec and Atlantic Canada. A release said that in his new role, Tirrell “will continue to develop services and claims solutions that support IndemniPro’s customer-focused philosophy.”  He will continue to be based in his current Montreal location.

Current regional director of Quebec West, Michel Lacelle, will be promoted to the position of vice-president, organizational services. In this new position, Lacelle “will have specific accountabilities for integration of acquisitions in Quebec, shared services reporting, licensing for Quebec, development of IndemniPro’s Quebec Claims School, Emergency Claims Services management for both the Quebec and Atlantic regions, CAT operations in Quebec,” a release noted. Lacelle will also continue to administer the IndemniPro Specialty Risk Division in Quebec and will be based in Montreal.

“On behalf of everyone at ClaimsPro/IndemniPro, I would like to thank Suzie and wish her every success as she embarks on this new opportunity,” commented ClaimsPro/IndemniPro president Lorri Frederick. “I am also pleased to congratulate Christopher Tirrell and Michel Lacelle on their new positions.”
