Commercial insurance writer CNA is to relocate its Toronto Branch and Canadian head office from 250 Yonge Street to 66 Wellington Street West, from next week.

The company said the move will allow it to better target local businesses.

"The Toronto Branch and Canadian head office relocation…will allow us to better connect to and better serve our customers," said John Hennessy, president and chief operating officer, CNA Canada. "Our new home at 66 Wellington Street West will enable us to continue to penetrate Toronto's robust market and diverse industries, particularly in our key areas of expertise including manufacturing, construction, technology, healthcare, surety and professional services."

CNA claims to be the country's eighth largest commercial insurance writer and the 14th largest property and casualty company, offering products across standard commercial lines, specialty lines, surety, marine and other property and casualty coverages.
