FirstOnSite Restoration has opened a new branch in Quebec, bolstering its offerings in the region.

The new branch in Ste-Agathe, QC “will serve the restoration, remediation and reconstruction needs of both existing and new customers in the Laurentians region,” a release said. It will also complement the services provided by the current Montreal and Quebec City branches.

Olivier Bertrand has been tapped to lead the branch as senior project manager and acting branch manager. Bertrand first joined FirstOnSite in 2010 and has over 10 years of experience in disaster recovery and restoration. A resident of the Larentians, he has also owned and operated his own construction firm, where he specialized in new build construction.

“Olivier’s experience in leadership, management and restoration uniquely qualifies him to launch and manage this new FirstOnSite location,” said FirstOnSite Restoration executive vice-president Barry J. Ross.

To support Bertand, Eric Archambault was named project manager of the new branch. Archambault is also a Laurentians resident, and has three decades of experience in the restoration business.

“The Ste-Agathe branch brings a dedicated and full-time staff to the region and reinforces our commitment to providing superior customer service,” added Ross. “It will help FirstOnSite extend the coverage we offer customers through our existing locations.”
