Managing general agent XN Worldwide Insurance, which specializes in international mobility in Canada, is launching an IPMI (international private medical insurance) MGA with the help of next-generation insurance technology provider CoverGo.
Leveraging CoverGo’s comprehensive health insurance platform, XN aims to establish a fully digital presence in markets across Europe, Asia, and Africa within just eight months.
The strategic initiative is designed to reduce time-to-market, increase conversion rates, improve the customer experience, and drive profitability, all while streamlining operations. By using CoverGo’s patented no-code product builder, XN can quickly develop and roll out insurance offerings tailored to different regulatory environments.
In addition, CoverGo’s broker portal enables XN to distribute its products efficiently through a network of global brokers and other distribution channels. Policyholders also benefit from a seamless digital experience when managing their policies and claims.
XN managing director Cesar Moufarrege (pictured left) noted: “CoverGo stands out as a leader in the digital health insurance space globally. The innovative and future-proof technology coupled with health insurance expertise of the team facilitated our decision to adopt CoverGo for our greenfield MGA and go to market within eight months.”
Part of the Henner Group, XN is an expert in providing insurance coverage solutions in global mobility and specialty risk. The business has been trading since 2001.
Tomas Holub (pictured right), founder and chief executive of CoverGo, emphasized the collaborative nature of the partnership, saying: “At CoverGo, we don't simply act as a traditional vendor to our customers; instead, we partner with them to unleash their business innovation while providing the peace of mind that they can rely on us.
“This collaboration validates CoverGo’s health insurance capabilities not only for leading global health insurers but also for innovative MGAs and digital insurers launching greenfield operations.”
