Establishing relationships from the ground up became Mike Gerber’s most significant tool in building his book of business. Since he began his insurance career at 19 years old, Gerber has formed prosperous relationships with numerous freight brokers, compliance and safety experts, lease and finance companies, auto dealers and freight companies within the transportation industry.
Upon gaining his insurance and risk management diploma in 2007, Gerber worked at an Edmonton agency, where he persevered and eventually climbed the organization’s ladder. A couple of years later, Gerber began working at Monarch Insurance Brokers and is now focusing on the transportation industry as a commercial lines broker.
