For 40 years, Wayne LeGear has exemplified excellent leadership qualities, garnering him multiple recognitions as a key figure in Hub International’s pool of insurance professionals. He began his insurance career at LeGear Pelling insurance where he served as a partner in 1982. A few years later, LeGear joined HUB International and managed several office operations in the Greater Vancouver area before his promotion to vice president of auto insurance operations in 2002.
Specializing in a certain niche is LeGear’s key strategy in maintaining a stellar insurance career. His expertise in the auto dealer industry allowed mutual growth between his business and clients.
