As one of PAL's bilingual underwriters, Jennifer Stackhouse has played a key role in overseeing the opening of PAL’s new Quebec office. Under her guidance, the Montreal office opened in 2018 to better serve Quebec insurance brokers under all PAL product lines. Stackhouse has also served as a key player in helping to expand PAL’s current programs with innovative new product extensions across Canada, such as PAL's Canada-wide prize indemnity programs, which she took beyond hole-in-one contests to include customizable boards for hockey contests, new interactive weather contests and customized contests for clients looking for something creative.
“Jennifer's exemplary customer service skills are lauded by both English- and French-speaking brokers alike,” a colleague says. “She is truly a valued and valuable member of PAL's team.” Outside of the office, Stackhouse serves as president of the parent council at École Sainte-Marie in Simcoe, Ontario.
