Archway Insurance, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerages in Atlantic Canada, has announced another acquisition that will expand its footprint in eastern Canada. Effective April 01, Hall & Fairweather Insurance in Saint John, New Brunswick, will become part of the Archway family.

The deal brings the number of Archway locations to 25, with approximately 60,000 clients and $115 million in premium volume.

“The Hall and Fairweather office gives Archway the ability to provide local service to new and existing clients in Saint John and surrounding areas,” commented Archway Insurance CEO Michael Stack. “We’re thrilled that Andrew Campbell and his entire team will join Archway ensuring a smooth transition with no change in service for Hall & Fairweather clients.”

The deal with give Hall & Fairweather clients greater access to life, travel, and employee benefits products, as well as more commercial insurance options. Hall & Fairweather president Andrew Campbell said his team is “extremely pleased” to join forces with Archway.

“Both companies are family businesses where the core values of integrity, respect, pride and providing excellent customer service have been passed down through the generations,” said Campbell. “Therefore, we see this transaction to be a ‘win-win’ situation not only for both companies but also for our clients as we will be able to provide them exposure to a new portfolio of insurance products to protect what matters most to them and their families.”
