Crawford & Company has welcomed Caroline Pritchard and Tenesha Frazier-Levett to the claims management giant’s global client development team.

Appointed as global relationship leaders, the two will be in charge of developing strategic plans, building relationships at the executive and C-suite levels of the company’s global carrier and broker clients, and demonstrating a full understanding of their business critical needs.

Pritchard’s more than 25 years of customer and distribution sales experience includes time spent at Marsh, Aon UK, and JLT Risk Solutions. She was head of distribution and market management in the UK for Zurich prior to her move to Crawford.

Meanwhile Frazier-Levett, who brings 14 years of insurance industry experience to the role, most recently served as business development leader at Zurich North America. Her career spans positions in underwriting, proposition development, and sales.

“This announcement demonstrates Crawford’s continued commitment to delivering exceptional levels of service to our clients,” said chief client officer Benedict Burke, who leads the global client development unit. “Caroline and Tenesha are extremely talented individuals who excel at fostering highly collaborative, value-generating relationships with companies across the insurance spectrum.

“At Crawford, our focus is on achieving greater client cohesion and ensuring that we operate as a seamless extension of their global capabilities. That closeness will enable us to boost our performance and provide the client-specific insights to develop new services, evolve new capabilities, and introduce new technologies that serve to further enhance our overall offering.”
