Liberty Company Insurance Brokers (LCIB) has appointed Amanda Rodgers (pictured) to serve as the firm’s newest talent acquisition specialist.
Rodgers joins LCIB from employment agency company AppleOne Employment Services, where she served for over six years – initially as a senior account executive, and more recently as a branch manager. She brings her experience and knowledge from those roles to her newest position at LCIB, where she will be overseeing the company’s outreach division. Rodgers will also work with LCIB’s offices nationwide to further their growth strategies, a company release said.

In September, LCIB had welcomed two new faces to its company: Kip Tryon, who serves as the new vice president of marketing and branding; and Sean Borchardt, the company’s newest partner based in Los Angeles, CA.
