Integrity Marketing Group has announced the acquisition of Carothers Insurance Agency, a Las Vegas-based independent marketing organization. As part of the deal, Chris Carothers, president of Carothers Insurance Agency, will become a managing partner in Integrity.

Carothers Insurance Agency was founded in 1969 by Michael D. Carothers, offering health and life insurance to seniors in the Las Vegas market. Michael’s son, Chris, joined the team more than 30 years ago and has since established a strong national presence for the agency. The business has expanded to include Your Insurance Agency centers – retail locations where brokers can interact with clients face to face.
