BrokerLink has acquired two more brokerages – Jamber Insurance Services and Routh Chovaz Insurance Brokers.

Since 1999, Jamber has offered insurance solutions to clients in Calgary and surrounding areas. The brokerage’s products include personal home, auto, condo, watercraft, commercial and travel insurance. Jamber also specializes in group home and auto programs for employers, association members and unions.

“We are committed to continually improving to be our best for customers, the community and our team members,” commented Jamber president Ellen Weber, who noted that joining BrokerLink will increase her team’s resources, allowing them to stay ahead of the curve in the industry.

Meanwhile, Routh Chovaz Insurance Brokers in Mississauga, Ontario provides personal auto, property and commercial insurance to clients in the Greater Toronto Area. The brokerage also offers group health benefits, travel, as well as life and disability insurance.

“Over the years, our mission has been to help the community protect themselves against life’s little surprises,” said Routh Chovaz president Eric Routh. “As part of BrokerLink we will continue to carry out this mission.”

“We are excited to welcome Jamber and Routh Chovaz to the BrokerLink family,” added BrokerLink president Joe D’Annunzio.

D’Annunzio also remarked that the two acquisitions will offer new business opportunities for BrokerLink, and that the joining employees will provide the company with even more insurance expertise.

This is not the first time BrokerLink has bought two brokerages at roughly the same time; about a month ago, the company purchased Bradley’s Commercial Insurance Limited and Phil Leon Insurance Brokers – two brokerages based in Ontario.
