About BrokerLink
BrokerLink is one of Canada’s largest insurance brokerages and operates as a network of brokers working from coast to coast. Its companies are subsidiaries of Intact Financial and are affiliated with Intact Insurance Company, Novex Insurance Company, and Jevco Insurance Company.
The company offers business, auto, and home insurance through its more than 200 offices. BrokerLink also provides other insurance solutions, including employee benefits, boat, ATV and snowmobile, vacation property, identity theft, cyber, wine cellar, musical instrument, equine, and travel and trip interruption insurance.
BrokerLink is well known for its acquisitions, which are frequent and occur across provinces. In 2021, the firm completed 21 acquisitions, totalling $475 million in premiums.

Joe D’Annunzio – President
D’Annunzio has worked with Intact for 20 years. For almost 16 of those years, he worked as a regional vice president and then as senior vice president of specialty solutions and surety for Intact. Before his roles at Intact, D’Annunzio was vice president of sales at Zurich in Canada. He came into his current role in January 2018.
Culture
BrokerLink’s brokers are active in their communities, regularly taking part in community events, such as the butter tart festival in Midland, Ontario or the main street cruisers car show in Edmonton. The network is also conscious about giving back through donations, raising $1.3 million for the United Way since 2010. Moreover, BrokerLink employees get one paid volunteer day a year, which they can put towards supporting a charity that’s important to them.
