Intact Insurance maintains full partnership with national broker advertising campaign

Another insurer has renewed its partnership with the Insurance Brokers Association of Canada’s (IBAC) Broker Identity Partner (BIP).

Intact Insurance Company has maintained its support of the BIP at full partner level. The BIP is a national advertising campaign that raises awareness of the significant value that brokers provide for their clients, particularly when it comes to choice, advice, and advocacy.

Intact’s investment also extends to IBAC’s other initiatives, such as the association’s technology leadership, professional development of the broker workforce, and its federal advocacy to maintain the separation of banking and insurance.

We have a deep appreciation for the trusted advice brokers provide customers and thank them for being there for customers and providing exceptional customer service throughout this crisis,” said Intact Financial Corporation president of Canadian operations Louis Gagnon. “We are proud to once again support the Broker Identity Program at the full partner level and will continue to work closely with the broker community”

“Intact is a strong supporter of the broker channel, recognizing the essential role that brokers play in serving and advocating for insurance consumers, added IBAC chief executive officer Peter Braid.

Braid also commented that Intact has been a valued insurer partner of the association for more than 30 years, and that he was pleased that it had renewed its investment again for 2021.
